I had the opportunity to sit down with a true Idaho leader, Troy McClain. Troy was on the first season of the Apprentice and finished top 3 (or top 5 depending on who you ask, we’ll go with top 3).
We talk about projecting your beliefs and writing them down and power of actually making the goals real and putting them out there in the world. Troy says you have to manage your expectations and learn patience.
We talk about old school basic advice that is timeless and crucial. We talk about belief, action, patience and giving. These are traits that are common in all good leaders and business owners but they don’t come easily to all of us. Troy talks about how he learned them, and how he is teaching others to learn them.
Thank you Troy for spending some time with me and sharing your amazing journey with me.
