This episode is with my new friend Parker Harger who is the founder of So Good. So Good is a non-profit that essentially does good deeds for others for no particular reason. Parker has a wonderful story to tell and he tells it with humility, strength, and honesty.
We discuss how small seemingly insignificant moments in our life can change its entire course. He tells me a few stories in which these moments have altered his path. We talk about his time in the Marine Corps and what that taught him. From there he went to work for Idaho State Police and his story on how he got the job is one you need to hear.
We go on to discuss some personal battles that he had to fight. What it was like to battle depression, and the choice that he made, to fight it. What was his choice? To help others. From this, So Good was born.
I encourage you to listen to this episode. It’s strong.
