On this episode I have Reverend Misty Tyme. Misty is the founder and owner of a company called For the Common Good and she specializes in forgiveness.

This is a topic that I think many people need to put some serious thought into. In a day and age where we are all keystrokes away from sharing a loud opinion or digging our heels into a belief, there seem to be little room for contrition. People are more concerned with being right than engaging in thoughtful dialogue.

We have a great conversation about how to forgive and when to forgive. Rev. Misty has written a book called “The Forgiveness Solution”. Inside the book, she explains something that she calls the forgiveness algorithm. A step by step how-to, in helping us through the forgiveness process.

We also covers some common misconceptions about forgiveness that are very helpful hear. Misty obviously is a business owner as well and we discuss what her path has been like in building and growing For the Common Good. We discuss some strategies in marketing and she shares some insights in where she sees her business heading. Based on what I heard, Misty is in position to help a lot of people in an area the deserves some focussed attention.
