Many people believe that their toys (motorcycles, boats, 4 wheelers) are covered on their homeowners policy in the event of a fire of theft. This is rarely the case.
If you want these covered properly, you can purchase a policy for any of these to cover if they are stolen or damaged while in storage. Of course, if they are involved in an at-fault accident, these policies also include liability to pay for anyone who is injured.
