Top 3 Idaho Business Podcasts

I love podcasts. I love them so much that I host two of them.  They are Simply Explaining Insurance and None of my Business.  It is like the Wild West right now for podcasting and everyone is trying to make their land grab for attracting peoples attention.

Putting together a show is tough and it takes real commitment.  Putting out quality content week in and week out can be a real challenge especially if you are running your own business on top of that.

I am big supporter of local businesses because I think it is important for the local economy and I just believe it is the right way to do business.  I wanted to throw a list out there of what I believe are the best business podcasts in Idaho right now.  These guys are putting out really solid content to help others improve their business.  Check them out and get in!

The Pragmatic Idealist Podcast, Tobe Brockner.

This show is hosted by Tobe Brockner who owns VSquared Creative.  Tobe has a mind for marketing.  It is his passion, it is his first love, and it is something that he loves to talk about.  I know Tobe, and if you met him you would see he is a introvert.   But if you sit down with him and talk marketing, he lights up like Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center.  I have had him on my show twice and he crushes it every time he is on.  He launched his show earlier this year and talks about everything from running a business to deep dives into marketing strategies that business owners need to hear.  He has also had some great guests on the show including Jacob Nordby and Russell Brunson.

Million Dollar Strategies, Shaun Buck.

Shaun is very successful entrepreneur, whose business, the Newsletter Pro has found itself on INC’s 5000 fastest growing companies in the US two years running.  Shaun is another business owner whose passion is growing businesses and marketing is his specialty. I have had him on my show and you can just tell by listening to him how much he know about his craft.   Dan Kennedy has been a huge influence on Shaun and they have even co-authored a book together.  Shaun has interviewed some wonderful guests on his show.  I have already signed up to do business with two of his guests based on what I heard on his podcast.

The Seth Brink Show.

Seth runs a show based on his experience as a franchise owner. He owns the Gyro Shack and his business has shown explosive growth over the past two years.  Before owning the Gyro Shack he was involved with helping Papa Murphy franchisees grow.  What’s nice about Seth’s show is it is so specialized.  He really takes a deep look at what it takes to be a successful franchisee.   Everything from marketing, to legal, to marketing and branding, Seth covers it all.
